Weekly rentals: The days of departures and arrivals are Friday, Saturday and Sunday depending on availability.
For stays longer than one week, calculate pro-rated total.
In high season, We favor stays of 2 weeks minimum.
In low season, minimum stay of 3 nights. Special overnight rate.
The weekly price includes: water, gas, electricity, and administration fees.
Bedding and bath towels NOT provided.
Tourist tax is not included. You will have to pay the sum of 0.22 € per adult and per day.
Accommodation intended for a determined number of people may in no case be inhabited by a greater number of occupants. Free child up to 2 years old.
Baby kit provided on request (Cot, high chair and bath)
We accept dogs, on a leash and clean with a supplement of 50 € / week in low and medium season, and 100€ / week in hight season. (1 dog maximum per rental).
They must not be left locked alone in accommodation or terrace. Please stop them from barking and climbing on beds and sofas. Be sure to ventilate well and remove all hairs.
Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m.
Method of payment: Transfers, Cash.
We do not acceptany credit cards or card payment.
Deposit on the day of arrival: € 400 or an identity document returned after inventory.
Cleaning option: from 70 € to 90 € depending on the type of bungalow (1 bedroom: 70 € / 2 bedrooms: 80 € / 3 bedrooms 90 €)
RESERVATION: ADVANCE PAYEMENT of 50% upon reservation.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded.
For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, you will have to pay the balance. No refund will be granted in the event of early departure.
Provide travel insurance – personal cancellation.
